The concert was on January 19 at the Uptown Theater.
Taking pictures at concerts is something that I really enjoy doing and being able to do that as part of my job would be something that would be really cool for me in the future. One of these times I would like to have an actual photo pass for a concert so that I could be on the other side of the barrier in order to take photographs. I love the energy of concerts and the way that the musicians interact with their audience and other band members.
People have always been my favorite thing to photograph because of how they act and their expressions and they are so much more interesting than scenery or some sort of still life.
This is why I would like to be some sort of film set photographer or theatre photographer and that is why I like concerts, because it is a similar though more hyped up atmosphere.
